A sales CRM for renovation companies, from the first enquiry through quotes and contracts to project handover. It is under active development and this demo shows what works today.
No sign-up and no personal details. All names and figures are synthetic, and the demo is read-only.

- Customers. Enquiries and customer records, with owner and history.
- Projects. One customer can have several jobs, each moving through its own sales stages.
- Quotes. Versioned quotes with server-calculated totals and a downloadable PDF.
- Contracts. Signed work, deposits and manual payment records.
- Invoices. Issued invoices with a downloadable PDF.
- Tasks and appointments. Follow-ups and site visits for the sales team.
- Handover. Passing a signed job from sales to the delivery team.
- Analytics and team settings. Pipeline reporting, lead routing and construction stage templates.
Not available in this demo
- In DevelopmentAI assistant. Scope extraction, quote drafts and photo labels are built and tested with test companies, and switched off here.
- In DevelopmentAutomations and workflows. Reminder automation is limited to pilot companies.
- Not in this demoContractor and client portals. Built and tested, but they need separate invited accounts, so they are left out here.
- Not connectedWhatsApp and Meta. The integration code exists. No provider account is connected to this demo.

About this demo
It runs on its own isolated test database, separate from any other ZyncRenov environment. Every visitor shares one synthetic company and one read-only account, and the only cookies are the ones that keep this session signed in.
